I have just completed a three month immersive course at The Iron Yard in Atlanta, GA, in Front-End development.
I also recently got my associates degree in Library Science and Information Technology from Georgia Perimeter college. While doing my internship for my degree I realized that all the computer work I was doing really interested me, so I got my degree, and then I looked around for a program that would offer me a deep dive into learning more.
The Iron Yard offered that, teaching me angularjs, javascript and more.
I love my new life creating and building and designing websites and apps that are beautiful and useful.
Written in angularjs, a children's journalling app that asks a random
question everytime you open the app, and is easy to add to entries, and
easy to upload pictures too, plus it has a rich text editor built in.
Written in JavaScript, a simple colourful ToDo list using JSON and ajax calls.
A joint project I worked on with a cohort.
A group project to build a fictional website, for a restuarant. We used multiple
API calls, underscore.js, handlebars.js and JQuery, CSS and HTML.
